haha... what were you saying on OR's journal about reps? there's more than 60 reps on the bench alone here! don't get me wrong... I like reps! the weight you're pushing just shows me how much work I've got to do on the bench myself![]()

haha its the style of training mac! they call it a dynamic effort day/speed.. applying as much force as possible to the bench reps but its also a higher volume/lower intensity day! call it what you like haha! we all have ways to go my friend! can never be strong enough!
thanks nic... and yeah, me too, have to get the ice out, the rope curls tend to help alot...
i am sitting at about 245lbs at the moment, slowly making my way up to 265(NEW IPF CLASSES) hopefully, im still realtively young (i think at 20) so trying to build a big strong foundation as i go! some strong boys on these boards though!

I thought 280 x 1 was pretty nice. Then I saw it was inclined with a close grip. That's a lot more than nice, it's dang strong. Nice job.
