yes i have indeed, up it each week, 50/55/60 % then add 5lbs to max and go again... if im feeling good will sometimes go alot heavier though or drift from the percentages!

Monday - ME Squat

in retrospect i probably shouldnt have gone as heavy as i did, wanted to find an openor/2nd early and i think squatted on the friday beforehand heavier than usual, and deadlifting along with the heavy OLY squats the monday before that too probably was a little too much...

all extended pauses... exactly like a meet bench and all moved really well, bench feels pretty damn good at the moment so ive got my eye on a PR in the back of my mind, as you can see was alot more conservative too after mondays catastrophe... squats and deads we will have to see, live and learn from the misses though and rest up until meet time, hit some lighter lifts and i think i wil be good to go for more
too much too soon and look what happens! gotta respect those weights or they crush you![]()

first time in ages my pull has felt good, I definitely believe im one of these people who cant pull too heavy, too many times a month... will have to adapt next training cycle better to suit this more!
tone it all down now... openors next week then deload week leading into the sunday... i hope to be nice and well rested and set some meet PR's if not even better than best gym lifts, just some form of PR!... bench and now pull im confident with

bench moved very well today and moved it to today(monday) so had more rest from those squat fails last monday and heavy deads friday, take last squat/deadlifts tommorow and then that is truly it... solid de load into the meet... the 305 wasnt planned to be honest but i smashed my openor up and thought i have more time than i thought, so i piled the pressure on to see if i am good for a PR come meet time, it was going to go one of two ways haha... i either slowed or struggled and lost confidence, OR like i did... boomed it up and pretty much established should put up a good PR bench in 12 days!
