    500x3 Bench Video

    Alright, I'm pretty much deloading into the meet. I felt a little beat up, but with the meet still two weeks out I did not want the session to be too easy. My nagging pec and IT band are improving. My weight is 288 which is even better than I planned for my upcoming cut. I'm really looking forward to the opportunity to lift well.
