It looked like you had quite a bit of slack in the first pull, probably because the weight was light for you. Elbows bent and shoulders not taught. Take the slack out.

I saw the same thing on the first pull, looked almost like a stiff legged deadlift, then the others were looking good.

Agree with the others. Also, focus on pulling back while pressing through your heels.

It also looked like you started the pull way out in front of you. I could be wrong, but it looked like you started a bit too low as well. Look at your hips every other pull, that should* be the height you start with. The way you started almost looked like a hack squat from the front.

I always just touch so I can keep tight and not have any restart slack to worry about.

As others mentioned I would make sure not to start the pull with your elbows bent, that can potentially lead to an injury. You may also want to try to keep your hips down a bit more.

Here is a good example of a 'clean' deadlift:

I completely reset on each pull. For me it feels much harder, and there's no chance of the hamstring spring cheat. I set down quickly, allow back to relax, pick chest up (and then pick up higher; take slack out), hips naturally set in whatever position they want, big belly breath, pull, yell "nothing but a peanut" or "it was all me".

I believe either way is fine.

This is wrong, peanuts refer to dumbbells, for an all around great deadlift, the correct term is in fact..."light weight baby!!!!!!"
