    Results + Protein?

If I'm taking Results (and the 200 calories) as a post workout drink, should I be consuming a protein shake pre-workout? Or double up on a results drink and a protein shake directly after the workout?

I would include protein pre workout and post workout if possible. Otherwise as long as you're getting enough protein throughout the day it doesn't make a terrible amount of difference.

More specifically, if the idea of Results is to spike your blood sugar level (with 50g of dextrose) to increase uptake of creatine and HMB, if i take a protein shake at the same time, wouldn't that negate the effects of the dextrose in Results?
