(Rather motivating too, as I only OH press a third of that...)

You're probably right, I was initially thinking that he was asking about the shirt because it is two-tone.
The elbow sleeves that I have on are fairly loose cloth sleeves from APT. I believe that particular sleeve is no longer available but there are some heavier-duty ones on the market now.
