Advice on best low carb nutrition bar

Not trying to start a flame war here, but what bars do you all eat? I'm looking for a high protein/very low carb one and was taking Balance Bars for about a year now. They only have 13g of protein per bar.

I just bought Pure Protein bars today and it claims to have a "net impact" of 2g of carbs a day (whatever that means), and it has 21g of protein for each bar.

I'm really trying to "cut" and avoid unnecessary carbs. any advice would be appreciated.

I eat the Myoplex Low Carb bars. I believe they have 29g of protein, 3g of carbs and 6g of fat. And they taste amazing! I have the cookies and cream and its great! Not that bland chalk taste with Pure protien.

Yeah had one of those pure protein bars and I thought I was eating a rubber band.....

I've actually been eating a couple of the EAS Advant Edge bars and I have to say that they're delicious. But they do have 31g of carbs in them. I think I'll try those myoplex ones out. thanks for the suggestion.

I just bought a "metabolift" by twinlabs today. It says it has 4g fat (2g sat), 12g protein and **2g carbs, but under the carbs it has 5g fiber, and 2g sugar, I looked all over the packet and couldn't find those **'s to see what it meant. Anyhow, how is there only 2g total carb, but at least 7 other?
