    mod on elite

I post on another board too and this guy said....

All body parts should be hit with atleast 4-5 exercises each.
    I am a moderator for EliteFitness.com. I think I might know what I'm t
    There is the best part...

3 x 5 = 15 sets. if you take a minute break in between sets you shouldn't have a problem finishing up before an hour is up
Each body part takes an hour to work out, what are they telling people at elite.

    Who cares?

    Do what works for you.
    Squats work better than supplements.

It wasn't on elite. He was giving this advise out on another board that has nothing to do with bodybuild.

Monstar, you were a mod on elite. You've spoken to the other mods. Tell me, does their sh*t smell? Do people REALLY throw rose petals wherever they walk? Do they really dictate the changing of the seasons? Is it true that they erected a giant monkey god statue that can control night and day?

Being a mod over at Elite doesn't really mean anything. They've got about 500 of them, most of whom don't know jack(Although, there're a few good ones.) and becames mods only because they were stupid enough to pay for Platinum memberships. Some of them are absolute pieces of sh*t, i.e. Macrophagealpha69 who goes around deleting deregatory comments about his products and positive ones about his competition. The one thing Elite has going for it is a good supplement forum; this is due to people like Pat Arnold, Par Deus, William Llewellyn, and a few others(None of whom are mods.)

My question is why do a lot of the more knowledgable folk post on sites such as the one mentioned?

My guess would be, that there are a lot of folks to preach to?

"I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"

    With mad game.

    I simply rock.

Now, lets stop focusing on other people on other boards and focus on what's really important:

    Me.
