Yeah, I feel like I let you down tbh. The cycle for the most part really well and certainly for bench and deadlift I felt good and was on for something significant. Im going to use it again for my next meet in March/April. Training raw for now, getting bigger. Thanks again for your time. I just wish I could have delivered. I have a lot of work to do and a lot of issues that need addressed.

Here is a vid of one of the guys from the squat crew who we will be going back to train with at the start of November. This happened at the GPC Worlds in Slovakia just a fortnight ago. Watch his right arm. He held on to it (opening deadlift of 660) after his bicep tore off and locked out the pull to get his total only to be pipped to first place in the 242s by 5lbs!!! This guy is NAILS!!! It will be a lot of SSB squattin' only for him for a while.

*Shoulder felt great going in but I should have stopped at the 330 however after the 352 set, some kind of rage virus kicked in and the next thing I know I'm standing after having missed 374 and my shoulder is smoked again. I was pressing the 374 nicely until it just dipped on the right hand side as my shoulder gave out. Felt light in my hands though which is the only good thing I'm taking away today. Back to one armed showers and left handed bum wiping for a few days, lol.
