Thanks Nick. Thats really encouraging to hear. I am doing a deadlift comp at the very end of March which I will be using as my last heavy DL training before my full power comp on the 14th April. The goal will be the 300kg pull.

Notes: Felt beat up so after a crappy few sets of bench I just went for some higher volume stuff to flush some blood. For this session, I used a new invloluntary technique for bench called the 'Dump, bounce and grind'...bullshit. Just didnt have it yesterday. This should have been a shirted session but due to one guy being injured and another being away on a trip. I was flying solo. Our group is down from 5 to 3 and will be like that way for most of the year. These things happen.
