I like the look of that raw day. 496 and chains is a pretty damn strong press. As soon as I get a little extra cash ill be ordering a sling shot. Really interested in how it works.

Notes: Tough session. Still need a few inches on my squat. To deadlift, I was wedged into an old centurion squat suit which I will use for an upcoming IPF deadlift comp. The pulls were disgusting but very easy. The suit is for a 181lber lol. Took a long time to get into. If I can get to the bar, and get a better setup, I will pull big PR in it.
