I do MMA training 5 days a week and sometimes I run out of all energy and wondering if I bought some Opticen and had a shake prior to training if it would help with my energy and strength level. What do you guys think? Thanks
Opticen is best consumed post-workout.
Before my workouts, I usually have a scoop or two of Nitrean after a light meal.
As always, make sure you're getting a solid meal prior to training. You should consider BCAA+ intra-workout. Possibly a pre-workout supplement if you're into that. Opticen is ideal as a PWO shake or a meal replacement.
How long are your MMA practices?
If they are 3 hours like mine, than you might want to do 1 scoop before, in the middle, than maybe 2 at the end.
