    Cardio...

Is using an excersice bike good cardio. While im cutting i figured i should kick up the cardio a bit? After workout of course. Is it true u work more on a excersice bike rather then running cause if u ever look at the little meter the calories and fat burned seem to move up faster on the excersice bike. So would like 40 minutes of that be ok a day? Maybe help my cutting?

    1. running burns WAY more calories than working on a exercise bike.

    2. yes, the exercise bike is still good cardio

    3. 40 minutes a day is fine, but it's A LOT if you are doing it right after your workout. I would suggest 10-15 minutes after your workout and maybe do 40 on some of your "off" days.

Go with ND's advice. That would be a big effort after a weights session.

And running will probably be a better workout, and you should be able to get the heart rate up more. And it will work your legs better seeing as you are a footballer too.
