    Goals for 2012

So for those who CrossFit around these parts, what are your goals for 2012?

    For me...

Lifting wise: 500+ dead lift, 450 squat, 250 clean and jerk

Also, want to be able to do a full snatch with decent weight. I currently have a lot of trouble with the overhead squat due to my terrible flexibility in my shoulders.

Benchmark WODs: Fran in sub 7:00, Grace in sub 2:30

Other: 25 unbroken pull ups, get a muscle up, do a free standing hand stand
    6'1", 215lbs

    Deadlift - 475, Front Squat - 320, Back Squat - 405

Fran in under 7:00 sounds good for me too.
    Annie in under 6:00.
    Deadlift 405
    Squat 315
    Maybe....150 double unders?
    1 muscle up
    1. then consecutive handstand pushups
    A 6:30 mile

    That's enough I guess..lol

I'm no where near my goals and not trying to reach them. I decided to go on a cut, which I royally screwed up and lost a ton of squat strength. I did lose some bodyfat, but at a heavy price. I'll see where I'm at at the end of the year.

I am no where near my goals because I had to put things on hold due to my job. I travel during the week and have to work long hours so that the only workout I might have time for is at a crappy hotel gym.

Probably for the best though, I was starting to get a bit burned out so hopefully when I get on a normal schedule again I will have that fire back.
