Days like that can be so frustrating. I'll hit a big PR one day, then the next everything feels heavy as shit for no reason.

The only problem is that I hate going so slow and sometimes I just get lazy and skip them.
I don't do them on a regular like I should. It seems like I only do them when my shoulder acts up. But that's going to change

I'm on my second week of Cube training... way too early to tell a whole lot, but I do feel fresher for my workouts following the Max-Rep-Speed strategy.
Feeling fresh for a workout is a good thing. I'm looking forward to it!

I think so to, and I'm super excited to start it. I need a break from what I'm doing and this is the direction I was wanting to take. I decided to start it early and I just added 3 light weeks to front of the original program.

Yes they can, and it sucks! Hopefully things will get better as I start to prepare for my meet.

What's up April, glad to have you back. Everything is going pretty good on my end. What's going on with you? I'm doing a USPA meet the same weekend as yours.
