    Question about dairy protiens

I'm confused about what dairy protien is. Milk as I understand has casien and cottage cheese I've heard both whey and casien. I have no clue what protien is in cheese or yogurt. Can anyone educate me in these matters?

All of the sources you mentioned are dairy sources. Casein = dairy/milk based products.

I mean all dairy products, I guess milk would be just milk.
