    BULK TIME

So basically ive been working out for a year now, but never really took what I eat as seriously as I should. Im 6'4" 190lbs, Ive set a goal to get to 200#'s. I was thinking about doing a cut but im still too small. On any given day id eat 1k-3k cals (I know shame on me). Im going to shoot for 4k cals everyday. Here is a list of stuff that I would eat during any given day of the week. Critique, add, remove whatever you think is good.

Chili - I make big batches sometimes to eat during the week, lots of ground beef, beans, tomatoes, onions. (seems like a good weight gainer)
Seafood Jumbo - I dont make it often but has crawfish, shrimp, celery, chicken wings, hot Italian sausage, couple of other things, and i put it over brown rice.
5# can of de-shelled peanuts - Should i watch how much i eat of this? little high in fat no? its just so easy to grab a handful of peanuts or munch on them while i watch tv.
baked or grilled chicken breast - depending how i feel ill either put it on a whole wheat bun w/ a little ranch or just eat it plain
    Salad w/ chicken
1 apple or banana a day
Lunch meat sandwiches w/ pepper jack cheese on whole wheat
4 large eggs w/ 5 cut up pieces of bacon and pepper jack cheese mixed all together
Bone in ham - sometimes ill buy a huge ham and cook it and cut thick slices for sandwiches
Ill also get already made tuna salad from this small grocery store thats close - it has coli flower, broccli, some peppers all mixed in (i love it)
Chipotle Burritos w/ extra chicken, and brown rice

I take nitrean+ w/ results after every workout and a multi vit and fish oils daily
Should I think about getting the ALN weight gainer?

    Am i lacking anything?

Thanks for any help in advance!!!

Peanuts are not a bad snack. They have some protein in them. I don't know if it's too much salt if you eat tons of them.

Instead of a weight gainer, I would use the money for a cheap creatine and just buy more whey protein. Weight gainers tend to be protein + sugars, might as well get those carbs from diet.
