strong lifting, 315 is one of those sweet milestone that gets people looking. Keep it up! You could easily do 10 in a row if you wanted to, and by easily I mean do it, but it might be a terrible character building experience. lol

Thanks, it was tougher than what it looked like. I wanted 300lbs+ and I had done 305X5X3 the previous workout and was excited. I was really excited to see I was squatting three plates. Now I'm gunning for 4 plates or better.

Today was a good day. PRs again. (Actually, every day I lift will be a PR day until I stall.)

Thanks, I had to drop weights one time as the weight started to "scare" me but, now I'm more confident and hopefully continue to get stronger.

Thanks. It's really not that hard but, if it weren't for the MantaRay I use, I doubt I'd be doing this much. (At least with semi proper form.)

Yes, three times a week and adding 5lbs per workout. I'm running StartingStrength.

    This weeks workouts:

    March 5:

    Monday:
    Squat: 325lbs
    Bench Press: 80lbs
    Deadlift: 230lbs

    Wednesday:
    Squat: 330lbs
    Press: 65lbs
    Deadlift: 235lbs

    Friday:
    Squat: 335lbs
    Bench Press: 85lbs
    Deadlift: 240lbs

Next week I'll be adding chin-ups, power cleans, and back extensions. (MIGHT add chin-ups. I bought some big bands and I'm hoping I can use one or both to allow myself to do chin-ups. I'll be going to the gym tomorrow to test this theory. )

I think watching the births of my two sons was more bad ass but, than you!

I hope to get up to 300lbs or so. At least for 1RM. (Of course, it will be with a strap.)

Another PR, only 5lbs at a time but, every work out (I hope.) will be a PR.

I'm a bit behind on this. I second Invain's comment... that 1-arm DL is pretty damned bad assed.

The 225x20 Squat sets are night and day. It looks like you've lost a great deal of weight from a year ago.

Form looks tight throughout on the newer video. Form was good on damn near every rep also. No critiques necessary.

    Comments: keep that ish up!

Thank you. I lean more toward my squats but, I guess it is pretty cool looking. :P

Thanks, I'm actually the same weight (maybe a little more) than in that first video. Just been working out since last October and I'm hoping that it's muscle gain and not fat gain.

I'm currently TRYING to cut my fat gut off. Tried leangains but, I din't think I was doing it quite right. I lost 10lbs in about a week or so (mostly water I'm sure) but, constant headaches. I know I didn't eat enough to recover and now 315lbs is heavy.

Thanks on the form comment. I know it's FAR better than it was, still need to work on it.

    wow!

I never would have guessed this was only with 1 arm until I saw the DL video. You sir, are a true inspiration! Makes me feel like a b***h for skipping some workout days!

Good for you man, heavy weight and like I said, truly inspirational!
