315lb shit X 5days a week 3 times a day?????
strong lifting, 315 is one of those sweet milestone that gets people looking. Keep it up! You could easily do 10 in a row if you wanted to, and by easily I mean do it, but it might be a terrible character building experience. lol
400(335) Bench Press
600(520x3 2xBW) Dead Lift
500(495x1) ATG Squat
365 Front Squat
consistency and intensity.
Nice man...yeah 3 plates is always a good feeling. Also, that is the quietest gym I've ever seen lol
Sorry the vid didn't show up on the computer I was using. I see it now. Good Job
Mate - deadlifts when you have one arm? That's hardcore!
You're gonna end up breaking people's hands with your handshake, lol!

Did not realize you were squatting with only one arm in the previous vids. Impressive.
Looking good, good depth and speed.
Thats awesome man. I cant imagine trying to keep the weight balanced with one arm.
Are you really squatting 3x a week? if so impressive stuff.
Yes, three times a week and adding 5lbs per workout. I'm running StartingStrength.
This weeks workouts:
Bench Press: 80lbs
Bench Press: 85lbs
Next week I'll be adding chin-ups, power cleans, and back extensions. (MIGHT add chin-ups. I bought some big bands and I'm hoping I can use one or both to allow myself to do chin-ups. I'll be going to the gym tomorrow to test this theory. )
Deads with 1 arm is one of the most badass things I've ever seen. Good shit man, keep it up.
Best lifts: 580/470/635, Raw
I'm a bit behind on this. I second Invain's comment... that 1-arm DL is pretty damned bad assed.
The 225x20 Squat sets are night and day. It looks like you've lost a great deal of weight from a year ago.
Form looks tight throughout on the newer video. Form was good on damn near every rep also. No critiques necessary.
Comments: keep that ish up!
Consistency is the key to success within this sport...
Thanks, I'm actually the same weight (maybe a little more) than in that first video. Just been working out since last October and I'm hoping that it's muscle gain and not fat gain.
I'm currently TRYING to cut my fat gut off. Tried leangains but, I din't think I was doing it quite right. I lost 10lbs in about a week or so (mostly water I'm sure) but, constant headaches. I know I didn't eat enough to recover and now 315lbs is heavy.
Thanks on the form comment. I know it's FAR better than it was, still need to work on it.
I never would have guessed this was only with 1 arm until I saw the DL video. You sir, are a true inspiration! Makes me feel like a b***h for skipping some workout days!
Good for you man, heavy weight and like I said, truly inspirational!
