    Pasta

    Is whole wheat pasta, the same in nutritional value as brown rice? And is 85grams = to 1 cup?

    Nope.. pasta has more protein and less carbs.

    so Is pasta a good alternative for the rice, becausse i hate the rice, hate it.

    Pretty good replacement...think it has more fiber. You just don't get the insulin release that rice will stimulate.

    fwiw, whole wheat pasta actually has a higher GI than semolina/duram wheat pasta....

    fiber bad

    is fiber good in you diet if so why and for breakfest would a cereal with 14 grams of fiber be good for you and does carbs from fiber count in your carb count

    You may find that the pasta is higher Glycemic than the rice (if your taling about brown rice).
