"Test all things; hold fast what is good.": 1 Thessalonians 5:21
"I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"

Pulp Fiction.
And Kromax I thought about that too and here is what I found on the imdb...When Winston Wolf takes the call from Marsellus, he is dressed in an evening suit, with a party plainly going on in the background, yet it's around 8:30 A.M. He's an unusual man who presumably goes to unusual parties.

I thought Jackie Brown was underrated but I really liked it. I got a dog around the time it came out and called my dog Jackie and Miss Brown.
Pulp Fiction is a classic in my opinion.
Pulp fiction is great, but let's not forget from dusk till dawn.

I agree Pulp Fiction is a great movie...but I really enjoyed True Romance. That is one of the top movies on my list.
I didn't enjoy Jackie Brown too much. I don't consider a movie good when I check my watch every 10 minutes to see when it's going to end. It had some good moments but I wouldn't consider it in the league of the other movies listed here.

I can picture in my mind a world without war, a world without hate. And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it.

Dusk till dawn wasn't officially a QT flick. It was directed by Robert Rodriguez and tho the script was Tarantino, I'm pretty sure it was based on an original concept by Tom Savini (sp?) (sfx/makeup guy, starred in FDTD as Sex Machine).Originally posted by Tryska

As the story goes, Savini did the makeup and sfx for Reservoir Dogs in return for Quentin writing the script for FDTD.

yeah but i'm talking script not cinematography, etc. scriptwise, i liked pulp fiction best cuz it's got gret lines.

What was in the briefcase?
Remember the bandaid in the back of Marcelles Wallace's head? Supposedly, somehow someone stole his soul through a hole under that bandaid. That was his soul he was trying to recover in that briefcase. Strange, but hey, that's Quentin for you...
