    Bulgarian squat 300lbs. for 7 reps

    Looked like 185 for the barbell?? Or were there 100lb plates on the inside and not 45's?

    The plates on the inside are york 100lb. plates and the bar is 50lb. powerbar

    They're hundred pound plates- certainly large enough to be.

    I'd agree, though, work on keeping your back tight. Good strength, but overall a bit sloppy. I realize it's a technically difficult lift, but that's precisely why you need to be that much stronger in form.
