That's awesome!!! You never squatted 405 for more then 3, and here you squat 405 for 3 sets of 5!!! It doesn't get any better then that. How much do you weigh now? Still trying to bulk up?

Yeah I was pretty happy with it! Not sure how much I weigh. Still trying to get up to 198 but haven't weighed in a while. I was sitting at 186 3 weeks ago I think.

Nice job on the assistance! I wish I could do chins again, I F'D my shoulder up last month and it hurts to do any type of pull-up. For some reason I why weigh myself everyday. I think I need to put our scale somewhere other then our bathroom, lol.

That sucks dude. How did that happen? I finally weighed this morning...187 (186.8). Its coming on very slowly but its coming on. I'd like to hit 200 sometime in late spring or early summer.

    Monday 10/8/12 - Deadlift

    Deadlift:
    135x5
    135x5
    225x5
    315x3
    405x2
    Working Sets
    440x3
    440x3
    440x3
    440x3
    440x9 PR

    GMs:
    95x10
    95x10
    95x10
    95x10

    GHR/Hanging Leg Raise Superset:
    12/12
    12/12
    12/12

Since next week is a deload I really wanted to see how many I could get with this weight. It felt sooooo light. Honestly, even though 9 reps was a PR, I had at least 4-5 more in me. The only reason I stopped was I lost my grip and dropped the bar (ancient bar with most of the knurling worn off). Very happy with tonights performance!

Might be redundant, but I've had a lot of success personally adding whole milk, both regular and chocolate... I was drinking @ a half gallon pWO and adding a few more cups here and there throughout the rest of the day, and I put on like 15-20... And I'm a fairly big guy already...

No problem bud, let me know how it works out... I love Milk, and if you get 1/2 to 3/4 of a gallon of Whole Milk, thats like 1,200-1,800 cals extra, that you get to drink... Plus, I am a firm believer that Milk really helps you grow, meaning it does something different to you than regular calories... Just my opinion, but every time I up Milk intake, the scale goes up...

I felt like doing more shoulder work and decided to do OHP's. I had 95lbs on the bar and about rep 5, it felt like something was popping and then the pain set in. I was pretty pissed off because I wasn't planning on doing anymore shoulder work. It feels a lot better now, but I still get some nerve pain from time to time. The weights building up nice. Just keep doing what your doing. I finally decided to stay were I'm at as far as bodyweight. I was going to try and maintain, but that ain't happening, lol.

I'll definitely up the milk intake and see what happens. What you said makes alot of sense so it should definitely help.

Damn Brian. 95 is probably really light for you too. Sounds like it will take care of itself in time. As long as its not affecting your bench. I'm looking forward to NOT cutting for my next meet. Lol! I'm feeing good and strong at this point. Looking forward to testing.

    Friday 10/12/12 - Squat

    Squat:
    135x5
    135x5
    225x5
    275x3
    315x3
    365x2
    405x1
Working Sets (added wraps and belt)
    430(90%) x 2 x 3 sets

    Close Stance High Bar Squats:
    275x8
    275x8
    275x8

    GHR (weighted):
    5x6

The second working set of squats was a little squirrely but the first and third were spot on. I would say the 3rd set was the best and easiest. Form is everything. Deloading next week and testing the week after.
