    3 second pause with 510lbs. [1 rep] raw no belt

    2 york 100lb. plates...1 - 25lb. plate on each side + 60lb. power bar

    but seriously, whats the point of a pause squat a parallel? i can rationalize one at full depth from an olympic lift perspective....
