    Tom Mutaffis Facebook Fan Page

I started a Facebook Fan Page so that people can keep up with my training as I prepare for and compete in strongman contests. Will be posting a blog in addition to my normal training journal, and trying to add a good amount of media (photos/video).

I have been posting training updates on the page as well as a few photos. Have been also compiling some video from my workouts and will start posting some new media soon.

Quick bump for the page... am up over 300 connections on there and looking to expand the foot print. Will start posting new articles and training programs soon (am working on a couple of custom routines for clients and then going to develop some general content).
