I was wondering what the beat diet for mass gaining and what the best for getting cut are. Im about yo start a supplement and am kinda on the heavy side. "6'1 and 200 lbs". I was thinking I should tatake a supplement to start losing weight and then take my other one when i slim down to mass up. Any advice?

Focus more on your diet and less on supplements.

So you want to gain weight? Eat more.

You're worried about which supplement you need? Eat more and lift.

    Stop thinking and start eating.

No. Not gain weight yet. I wanna cut some weight first cause I have a good amount of fat. Then I wanna gain mass. Just wondering examples of what some of y'all eat on a daily basis.

You don't need any special supplements to lose weight. Just lift and eat food.

I get the feeling that you're a troll though.

Why don't you try reading a little to answer these elementary questions that you have instead of insulting other forum members.
