After 4 months 3-4 days a week someone finally noticed I was bigger that didn't know I'd been working out. I imagine just about everyone on here has had that moment. Feels pretty good.
I started out 5,9 tall -156lbs. I'm now at 174. My original goal weight was 20lbs increase but I think I'm just going to keep going and see where I get. I know I'm going to hit a wall soon where I'm no longer enjoying beginner gains but I don't think that will slow me down.
What I'm doing:
1) listening to advice people post here
2) Proper routine. Using free weights, cables, and a few machines
3)Whey protein
4) eating more. If I would have normally ordered the 6 inch at subway I have the foot long, pop turns into a liter of milk etc.
Now I'm off to the gym.

Good job! Remember that moment when you are having a hard time finding motivation to workout. Helps me.

Thats usually the best. Ive had it happen a good amount of times myself. Its always good to keep the motivation going wondering where you'll be at in the future.
I remember i started working out because my body fat was getting out of control and my legs wouldnt fit into my boxers. Now my legs wont fit in my boxers because theres just too much muscle.
It gets better when people ask you if you're juicing or if they can pay you to be their personal trainer.
