    390lb Log C&P & 200lb CircusBell Press

    Pressing Videos from last Wednesday. Nothing special, but both PRs for me. 390lb 12" Log Clean and Press and 200lb Circus Dumbbell. On the Bell, I did a rep with my right arm and in the vid you see the rep with my left arm.
