410 is a huge milestone in deadlifts. I've always looked at it as the number that separates the weak from the strong haha. I think there's probably another category in the 800+ range that separates the strong from the genetic freaks of nature!

I'd definitely consider it, but not anytime soon. I'm actually making great gains now just eating and training right. Looking back on it, I probably shouldn't have done it years ago because I wasn't even eating right then. It was really fun at the time, though.

That's cool. I was just thinking since you're working in a hospital you have access to a lot of stuff, putting you a prime position to do a safe and responsible cycle.
Damn good squats, I did a 10x3 @ 85% last week, its rough.

Not at all, actually. I've never seen a patient on anything other than testosterone patches, and since so few patients are on them, any other anabolics that they have in the hospital would be locked deep in the pharmacy. Hospitals do a great job keeping track of all medications now in the computerized era, so it's impossible for them not to be able to track you down for iffy stuff, too. Just for shits and giggles, I looked up "testosterone" in our pharmacy, and they have test gel, test patches, test depot, and test cyp. I wish I could order them for myself, LOL. Now, if I worked in a veterinarian clinic, that might be a different story...

Haha not what I was getting at. I was actually referring to you being able to keep a daily track on blood pressure and being able to do regular blood tests and such lol.

Oh yeahhh, surprised I went up on the squatting since I only got 6 hours of sleep last night due to an early shift today. Life is great right now. I even met a girl at a bar last weekend that turns out to be not only extremely hot, but also quality. I've never met a quality girl at a bar before, lol. Only problem is I'm moving next month, but we'll see how it goes.

Terry, I definitely agree. I had taken about a year or two off from working my legs, and they're bouncing back nicely. Muscle memory FTW.
