    Here is his blog to check out. This last weekend Chris Duffin competed an a APA meet in Oregon and blasted huge numbers. Chris is a great friend and a training partner. He always brings his best and he deserves this great accomplishment.

    i was a powerlifter a few years ago i competed in 165 and 181 my best lifts in 165 were BP 545 SQ 705 DL 655 All in singleply eqip total 1905 pretty good but i wasnt too much more stronger in 181 BP 555 SQ 715 DL 665 total 1935 still good but!!!! i had to give it up too much stress on the body im just lifting to get some more size im 5 ft 4 in tall i weigh about 190 at about 12% body fat i still have a slight 6 pack barely but i have 17.5in arms almost a 48in chest 31in waist i have really large thighs 27in but i had big legs before i ever started to lift and 16.5 in calves some people say i look like a small version of lee priest i can still bench 360 raw and squat 505 and deadlift 500 raw but i never go that high on any lifts my powerlifting days are over but not bad for a guy who is 48 yrs. old keep up the good work and stay strong i powerlifted for 5 yrs and lifted weights for over 20 yrs.i am a certified physical therapist and trainer so ask me maybe ican help!

    those are some crazy numbers for being a raw lifter stay strong congrats
