    Going to play tonight

    This is awesome, I have no plan for the evening. I own four shirts (two ace and two jack) and am throwing them all in my gym bag for tonight. Gotta see if I have a 700 shirt for the Last Man Standing (Rhodes thinks it should be the last man pressing). I also have a 62 Jack I have never worn. Considering I had to put 850 on to touch in my 60 I am looking forward to playing with the 62. I like getting some adjustability out of a shirt.


    Supplements I currently take: Nitrean , BCAA , Creatine 500 , Multi-Plus , Fish Oil

    I miss those days of having a bag full of new gear to play with. Keep us posted Vin. This meet prep should be interesting to watch with the new concept of last man standing.

    Vin you fukkin cheater. LOL! May 1 I will start training for this meet. I have a selection of shirts to choose from as well. Might have to break out a single ply for the 700 and 750

    Hehehe, my 64 Ace was perfect for 700 and 750. I wanted to take 800 with it also, but they shut me down. I had done a bunch of work in the 62 Jack before I put the loose Ace on. I'm glad I played around because I felt a really good groove in a looser shirt. I'm going to get a 64 Jack as well.

    Seriously though, one of my best training cycles for an equipped bench meet is when I started with looser shirts and moved on to tighter ones as the weeks progressed.
