    Yes My lats are kind of stuggling and I didnt know what would work more I can only do around 12 pullups

    You need to clarify what you want. Are you talking about big lats, or being able to do a lot of chins etc.? Is size your #1 goal? If so, then pulldowns done in such as fashion as to maximize the involvement of the lats.
