Had 45 minutes to get shit done, so thats what I Did. Was sweating bullets and breathing like an 80yr old asthma patient, but I got in the work I needed for the day

lifts looked good in the video and excellent music choice. Do yuo fall forward somtimes during DE squats it looked like u mightve on the straight weight ones at the end

Speed felt good today. Solid on the bench. Slowly working on adding more volume pressing work for my triceps hence the CGFloor Press.
nice strong reverse band bench. I was thinking of going through a rev. band wave coming up. Just seems like it will be fun and something different to work down from strong down to mini bands over the next several weeks.
