My weight was 196 lbs this morning. 4 weeks ago I was overdieted and weighed in at 175 lbs at last contest. So long middleweights, here I come LHW.

Since my weight is just 2 lbs under LHW cut off I will play Friday as it goes. I will check my weight every 2 hours after a meal and depending on where its at I"ll drop water or carbs til after weigh ins, but still eat every 3 hours. I have been weighing around 199-200 lbs at 7pm, which is when weigh ins are. After weigh ins resume normal diet.
