    Bench shirt positioning question

    Hey guys,

I was wondering, when your shirts are on wear does the shoulder seam sit?
I just bought a rage-x and I feel like the back part of the seam was sitting too low down my tricep

It's different for each shirt, for each lifter, and for each attempt.

The rage X sits a lot like my Overkill does, and should be up pretty high on the arm, with that said, if I am light or I am going for a PR weight I will pull the shoulders down a little for more pop.....

If you can touch weights, and you are getting good pop from the shirt then don't worry about it. If you are really struggling to touch then it could be seated too low and just cutting you off ( assuming it's not technique stopping you from touching)

    good luck
