Looking to purchase my first gun for home defense and something that is easily concealed. Just looking for something basic.
Which one should I buy?

none of those classifieds loaded for me.
First link doesn't work.
If it's just for home defense I'd go on the bigger side because you can. But if you are going to actively carry then you may be a little more limited. Really it doesn't much matter. I'd skip the .22 mag you have but most anything else (9mm, .40, .38 or even .380) in a subcompact or snub nose with hollow points placed right is as good as another unless you're getting gang raped on the reg.

Glock 19
I wouldn't trust my life to any of those three

Deadlift - 475, Front Squat - 320, Back Squat - 405
for conceal a baby glock (9mm) with an extended clip would be good. as far as your links.. i would get the ruger based on reputation

Ruger is a very reliable gun. However, the P95 can be very beefy for concealed carry. If you have the option of seeing these guns in person, I'd see if you can demo them (or at least hold them) to see if it is a good fit for you.
I was a bit thrown off by the CZ100 as the image was stretched, but after looking at the actual photos, I feel that would be the best of the three. It's compact, has a pretty ergonomic grip, but Ive heard people comment about the trigger and how it protrudes forward.
I'll go with Tim, get a Glock.

For home defense, nothing beats a shotgun for intimidation factor or stopping power. If someone has invaded your home and you feel threatened to the point where you are willing to shoot to kill, you don't want to give them the opportunity to fire back.

PS- I know you mentioned easily concealed- for personal protection outside the home, I'd go with the glock as well.
So yes, you'd need to buy two guns.

Can you buy a gun off of classifieds like that? What kind of registration do you need to do before buying?

I too carry a PM9. It is such a fine shooting pistol for one of its size. When our house got broken into and mine was stolen I went out and bought another...along with a big ass gun safe

I picked up a paraordnance warthog for CCW and general use. its been a decent little pistol but I'd take a shotgun over a pistol for home use. The pistol is just a nice carry weapon in the car/bike. GL with whatever you choose/chose to do
You can't go wrong with a glock.
Go to the store and ask to try some different guns. The best gun to buy is the one that you are most comfortable handling and shooting.
