    I don't think they have improved at all which is kind of sad considering what he does for a living...

    Considering his ROM on most leg exercises, It's not surprising.

    Yeah, but ROM isn't necessarily the problem as a lot of the pros have a short ROM and massive legs.

    What does Johnnie do for a living?

    I did not recognize anyone else on the competitor list, but then again I do not know much about the European scene.

    He's a competitive bodybuilder. I don't think he has a day job.

    Guess it shows even people on massive amounts of steroids have genetic limits as well. I don't recognize half the names either. Ronnie Coleman and darrem charles are still a couple of my all time favorites.

    His legs are certainly a week point, but his back is thicker than i could ever imagine. his mid-trap and lumbars are freaking amazing.

    His back is really impressive. Calves are something he might need to work on however.
    Bench: 335
    Squat: 435
    Dead: 500

    Currently 6 ft, 220 lb.
