    need some good advice

    First thing sorry for the spelling but here is the thing I am 31yr old and and 180 have a shoulder injyet that is kinda in the back of my mind that i just got over but i have my wedding in July on the beach that I'm trying to get ready for so i have been working out for about 2 months now hard and I have about 2 months left now i work out 5days a week rest 2 i eat every 2 hr. drink 3 shakes 32 grams of protine each shake now i now that roids in a shot would be way.more beneficial for me But i promised no shots so would oral roids be worth taking or not really just need a little help getting to my goal

    If your goal is divorce by December I think you are on the right track.

    u are prob right but I'm just asking for advice not sarcasm I'm open for other suggestion a better diet plan or a better stacker then what I'm taking just need some real advice and something that will give real results fast

    I would not take anything besides 100 % whey protein. Just keep working out like you're doing, eating healthy and getting the adequate rest your body needs. You might not look how you want by your wedding, but you'll be healthy and thank yourself for not trying anything very harmful to your health. Your fiance loves you clearly for you and not your beach body. Good luck

    Keep on your current routine...if u feel its getting stale switch up the order of exercises,sets or reps..
