I noticed that you were going touch and go off the boards, do you always do them like this or do you mix it up when you are trying to 'overload' versus when you have a meet coming up where you need to pause?

I don't pause a lot on boards because I tweaked my shoulder a few years ago by doing pause on a boards. So, I do boards with touch & go and do floor press with pause. I have been competing since 1994 and feel seasoned enough that I really don't need to practice a lot with pauses. My training is almost the same when I am getting ready for a meet or no meet. I just try to go heavy, add variation and have fun.
