Thanks alot Scott!!! Since the beginning of the year i've been working with Tone Barbaccio and he's got me following the Prilepin Chart for all 3 lifts. It's simple and IMO it works. Other then that, I really haven't done anything specific to target my squat.
Not really, I try and train each lift the same and not focus on just one lift. As long as my squat goes up, my deadlift goes up.
