    Resistance Band Workout?

    I am looking for a full body workout with using only resistance bands. Does anyone know where I can find one?
    I want to be a gladiator on Spartacus. Or at least be on the same cycle as them.

    Measurements

    Height - 6'
    Weight - 247 lbs
    BF% - 16

    Not sure how you missed them. There are plenty. Heres the search:
