    It always amazes me what people do at the gym. I used to be a personal trainer. i would be showing a client how to do an exercise and some dipshit would be doing the same movement and pay absolutely no attention and fuck it all up. Amazing! Women are classic on this one.

    I remember many times showing and explaining lat pulldowns only to watch some broad who could clearly hear me and see me pull the bar down to her bellybutton.

    I believe these people deserve to be hurt and should be weeded out of the gene pool.
