I've been lifting since last September. While I have noticeable definition and muscle, I haven't gained much weight, only about 10 pounds Started at 145). Not really feeling much "stronger", though certainly a bit more aggressive(something I really want, inside and outside the gym).
My friends and other workout buddies recommended supplementing to raise my testosterone along with a good diet and a mass gainer. Been religiously dosing properly for the last few weeks, but I don't feel much change, physically or mentally(kind of want that aggro/animal feeling most bodybuilders talk about and thrive on).
Could the fact that not being sexually active at 25(no jokes, I've heard them all, I started working out in hopes of remedying that soon) be bottle-necking my progress?
I can post my supplement stack if needed.
Thanks!
Religiously dosing WHAT?

Infant? Lol, s'cool. Thanks for the reply. I'm surprised, I thought 7 months of weightlifting was an ample amount of time to experience the effects.

You're lifting hard but not gaining. To me this means you're not eating enough.
In before "But I eat all the time"
Here's the thing. In order to gain wait you must be at a caloric surplus. It's impossible to gain without this. If you're at a caloric surplus then you will either gain muscle or fat. The fact that you're not gaining either means you're not eating enough.

Cut the first three supplements man and eat! If your able to religiously dose yourself with random supplements, you should be able to do the nutrition easily. Continue working your ass off in the gym and you will see the results. Its a marathon, not a sprint. And your sexual activity wont biologically affect your lifting. If anything, you should be using it as damn motivation.

God, I FUCKING HATE the companies that sell test boosters to the ignorant with b.s. promises etc...
Yeah, I have to work on that. I only get about 2-3 meals a day in, where I think I should be eating every 3-4 hours. Gonna power through the gym like normal with compound exercises and squats/DL's. I need to take advantage of my appetite, it has grown since I started getting physical last September(never worked out a day in my life or played sports prior to then).
I purchased the Androbolix 300 a while back when I wasn't aware of how badly GNC employees lie to you. The other two I actually picked up with some user recommendation and reading reviews/doing research.
And yes, my V-Card is my primary motivator, trust me. I wan't to friggin' lose it.![]()
