Hey guys and gals,
I am a total forum newbie! so go easy on me. lol
I am 33 year old man, with my young family. i used to work within the security industry until i had a motorbike accident just over 5 years ago. i was in a wheelchair for just over a year and have been reliant on crutches ever since (occasionally i have to go back in the chair).
I turned my time to looking at how these pc's worked and what they were really for. lol
then i wanted to get myself in the gym and have turned into a bit of a gym junkie.
although i am starting to gain some nice muscle am really thinking of using supplements now to help the big bulk. but not too sure which ones and what would be best... blah...blah..blah.. ....
....so...here i am.

Welcome! Sort of reminds me how I was after PTing my broken tibia from my accident. Once I was in the gym, I was quite addicted. Check out the supplement or diet forums for that sort of info...
as far as weight lifting, do you plan on keeping a journal here? (you should!)
cheers and enjoy!

Hi
I have been checking the supplement forums and have got a few ideas.
as for a journal, sounds like a good idea, but. like i said i am a total forum newbie and am not sure where i go to do that so will probably spend a few days looking around the site, before i go doing anything like that.
but, thank you. you have definitely given me something else to think about.
Welcome, Al! Good luck with your training, lots of really knowledgable people on here who'll be keen to help you out however they can.

Hi Gaz,
Thanks for that, I shall no doubt be needing some different bits of advice as i have some time on my hands to look up new and different styles, techniques, routines.
