AtLarge Nutrition athlete Jaime Gold will be chronicling her training leading up to the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games on AtLarge's Blog (and we will have links to it on the AtLarge Facebook page).

If you are a CrossFitter I strongly urge you to check it out. She is a high level competitor and you can see EXACTLY what she is doing to prep for the Games.
Cool workouts... does she have any contests coming up? I would be curious to see how/if training changes to prepare for an event.
