    Your favorite cardio

Just out of curiosity, what are you favorite ways to get that old ticker jumping?
    Personally im a fan of:
    100 meter sprints
Sprint intervals on an eliptical at a high intensity
    Complexes

My favorite is walking. But I think the most effective is complexes and intervals.

Im a big fan of jumping rope for cardio and usually cycle with the punching bag. I always get sick of doing the same thing over and over so it changes semi frequently. I will usually do cycles 5 minutes jump roping 2 minutes hitting the punching bag and then throw in 50 jumping jacks for a cool down before i start it over again.
