    Looking strong, Rob! Looks like you're getting a big arch, too. Main difference I can see between your benching and mine (asides from the fact that you're stronger, haha!) is that you seem to lower the weight slower, then explode upwards. Might try to work that into mine too.

    Wouldn't mind the camera being a little closer, next time. You have it resting on a piece of equipment?

    Forms looks very good.

    How does it feel benching like that? I started trying to bench like that after I started getting shoulder pain, but it felt very awkward. Had to give up most lifting anyway, as the pain got too bad.
