It's only 80kg (176lbs), but it should give you an idea of where I'm at, technique-wise.
One thing I've noticed since watching thecityalive's benching, is that I seem to descend too quickly. Does this make more work for myself?
Any hints and tips would be great, as I've got a bench competition coming up soon and I'd like to eke out any extra pounds from technique that I can, as technique can be fixed quickly, whilst muscle takes time.

I mean, I'm by no means a bench expert AT ALL. Just from the pointers that I've gathered from the past year is that a slow descent is common in PL. I know I have the tendency to flare my arms at the ascent. You seem to have a good tuck position with your elbows though the entire lift.

I suppose we will both see when we get towards more maximal weights.
