Done dieting how much should i eat while i lift...

Think its time to focus on lifting since i kinda got out of everything for a few years. I had gained 40 pounds back but have since dropped it and im back to 205 ish.

Was eating 1800cal a day depending on exercise i would eat more and lots of protein.

I plan on cutting cardio down to mainly lawn mowing and occasional walk. and lifting 3 days a week what should i shoot for cal wise to gain muscle.

keep doing what you're doing. When you start to plateau/feeling burnt out, add some more.

Thanks for the tip. You know what bums me out is I never get sore lifting... I lift as much as I can 3x 8-10 reps. And none of the muscles I work are sor3 the next day..

I thought maybe I was not lifting enough weight a couple weeks ago so I upped the weights and only thing that hurt the next day was one of my nuts =(

I would look into a new routine, the one at the top of this page is very good (HCT-12). Invest a few good years into the program, you'll be pleased.
