hi, im new here. first sorry if this is in the wrong place. to start off with i have been lifting for 7-8 months. i weigh 200 pounds. back in january my max bench was 150 or so. i know got it up to 195. is this a good gain. also i went from curling 20s when i started to just about 50s. i can db press 65x5. ican also row this amount. i can db shoulder press 45s. im also only like 5'7-5'10ish or so,broad shoulders, shorter arms, also my bench goal is to bench 215 by september do you guys think i can get that or more.also do you think i have good gains
