i'm a bit confused, so any help understanding how weight loss/gain works appreciated.
At this point my training is recreational, my lifting & eating habits are aimed at maintaining the status quo.
For years now i weigh myself on the same Tanita scale. My readings are consistently showing a rise in weight, along with decrease in bf %.
Why am I gaining weight? when the known typical factors for weight gain are not present:
- eating more food
- lifting heavy like in a mass gain cycle
Lifting heavy is not a factor in gaining weight.
You must be eating more. How much weight have you gained?

My Journal
Are you weighing yourself at the same time every day? And have you changed the types of foods that you are eating or the timing of your meals?
If you could provide more detail on the specific changes in terms of weight gain as well as the factors that might be present then we may be able to identify potential causes.

You're gaining weight and losing BF... whats the problem??? Hopefully it means more muscle. but timing of weight is certainly a factor, water held within the body can make your weight fluctuate significantly. Also meals can cause water retention expecially with high carb high sodium meals.

i have been using the same scale for nearly10 years now
always take readings in morning after shower
weight gain has been incremental, same for lower bf%
eating has remained same
lifting has not been as intense & heavy as in years past
weight gain matters for things like weight class in powerlifting, wrestling, etc.
only thing diff now, for last year i been shooting Test and Sus 2x week
Your shooting test and Sustanon (also test) twice per week and you wonder why you are losing body fat and gaining muscle????
Did someone hack your account?
LOL, true sounds like a dumb question... DUH
I guess what I'm saying is that now my training is not nearly as heavy and intense as it used to be , and I'm not eating as much either, so even with the injections I'm kinda surpise to be adding weight.
I was hoping to just maintain what I alreay had and cut bf.
Peoeple always say just because you juicing you aint gonna just get big muscles, you gotta train.
Well i'm wondering if that's true. I swear I aint doing much in the gym , yet I'm still adding muscle and loosing bf.
No complaints really, just curious how this works.

Look, steroids work. Yes, you have to train, but they will enhance the effects of your training. What you are experiencing is no surprise. It will level off in time, but for now it is to be expected.
Guess my point is that you really don't have to work that hard in the gym while on AAS and you get your your T levels way high, you gonna see some great returns!
Guess i'm surprised at how little i gotta bust my ass now.
Downside, many... and yeah its definately cheating.
